VND bank transfer deposit limits are based on a rolling 30-day window, not a calendar month. The limit does not reset on the 1st of each month — instead, it recalculates continuously based on your deposit history over the past 30 days.
Example: If you deposited 20,000,000 VND on February 10, that amount will free up again on March 11 — 30 days later.
If you have reached your limit, you have two options:
- Wait — capacity will free up gradually as older deposits fall outside the 30-day window.
- Upgrade your verification level — higher KYC tiers come with significantly higher deposit limits. You can complete verification on your BitcoinVN account settings page.
