You can change the email address on your BitcoinVN account directly from within your account.

If you need our team to make the change for you, we require the request to come from your currently registered email address. This is a security measure to confirm the request is from the account owner — without this we have no way to verify the request.
Please send an email from your current account email to [email protected] specifying your new email address, and the team will update your account.
Note: We cannot process email change requests sent from a different address than the one registered on the account.
