If you have an @outlook.com, @live.com, or @msn.com email address and are not receiving emails from BitcoinVN (authentication codes, password reset links, order notifications, etc.), this is most likely caused by Microsoft's email infrastructure blocking or filtering our emails. This is a known intermittent issue and is not something you can fix from your inbox settings.
Steps to try first
- Check your Spam / Junk folder.
- If you use Outlook, also check the "Other" tab — Outlook splits your inbox into "Focused" and "Other", and automated emails often land there.
- Request a fresh code or email, as authentication codes expire quickly.
If you still cannot receive emails
The most reliable fix is to switch your BitcoinVN account to a non-Microsoft email address (for example, a Gmail or Yahoo address). You can update your email in your account settings, or contact our support team and we will assist you.
