BitcoinVN staking pools let you provide assets to exchange-liquidity pools and receive variable rewards from completed exchange activity. This is not validator or protocol staking.
Visit the BitcoinVN staking page for available pools and their live terms.
Before staking
Select a pool to review its:
- Current estimated APR and historical APR
- Total value locked and remaining capacity
- Supported deposit assets
- Position asset
- Reward terms
- Unstaking fee
APR is variable and is not a guaranteed return. Historical rewards do not predict future rewards.
How to stake
- Sign in and open the staking page.
- Choose an open pool.
- Select Stake.
- Enter the amount and review the displayed order details.
- Follow the payment instructions.
After the order completes, your account is credited with the pool's position asset. This asset represents your stake in that pool.
Rewards and payout timing
Rewards depend on completed exchange activity and your participation in the pool. Your share is measured when a qualifying exchange order is funded, and the reward is paid after that order completes.
Rewards therefore do not follow a fixed schedule. Check the pool page for its current APR, reward terms, and your accumulated earnings.
How the APR is calculated
The estimated APR uses:
- vol: yearly exchange volume extrapolated from the previous three months, in USD
- tvl: total value locked, in USD
- dis: the pool's displayed distribution percentage, expressed as a decimal
Calculation: apr = 100 / (tvl / (vol * dis))
The inputs change with exchange activity, pool participation, and the pool's live terms. The resulting APR is an estimate, not a guaranteed return.
Pool capacity
New stakes are accepted only while a pool is open and has remaining capacity. When a pool is full, new staking is paused.
Existing participants can still view their position, manage reward settings, and unstake. Capacity can change, so always check the live pool page.
Auto-stake
Each pool has an Auto-stake setting:
- When enabled, rewards are credited in the pool's position asset and added to your stake.
- When disabled, rewards are credited in the pool's base asset.
You can change this setting from the pool page.
Reward notifications
Enable Notifications on a pool page to receive an alert when that pool distributes a reward to your stake.
This setting controls notifications only. It does not change your eligibility for rewards.
How to unstake
- Open the relevant pool page.
- Select Withdraw.
- Enter the amount and review the displayed order details.
- Confirm only after checking the asset, amount, destination, and any fee.
An unstaking fee may apply during the first three months after staking. The applicable percentage and fee amount are shown on the pool page and before withdrawal confirmation.
Pool assets, APR, capacity, fees, and other terms can change. Always rely on the values displayed on the live staking page before staking or unstaking.
