Your BitcoinVN balance shows the amount of each supported asset available in your account. The estimated total displayed above your balances is shown in USD and may change with market prices.
Open your balances
Sign in and open Balances. Each asset may offer the following actions when available:
- Deposit: Add funds by creating an order and following the payment instructions shown on its order page.
- Withdraw: Send funds to an external destination. Confirm the asset, network, destination, and any required memo or destination tag before submitting.
- Convert: Use the asset as payment for an exchange order.
- History: View activity for that asset.
Available actions, fees, limits, networks, and payment methods are shown in the live interface.
Use your balance to fund an order
On the swap form, select your BitcoinVN balance as the method for the asset you are sending. The form shows the available balance and prevents you from submitting an amount above it.
Review the quote and order details before confirming the order.
View your balance history
Select the history button beside an asset to see its individual activity, or open Balance history to see activity across all assets.
The history page also provides CSV exports for the available reporting periods.
Reveal small or zero balances
Balances worth less than USD 1 are hidden by default. Turn off Hide balances under $1 at the bottom of the Balances page to reveal them.
Use payment instructions safely
For every deposit or withdrawal:
- Use the asset and network shown on the order page.
- Include any required memo or destination tag.
- Check the destination carefully before sending.
- Do not reuse payment details from an old order.
If an action is not shown for an asset, it is unavailable through the Balances page.
