Why am I not receiving a password reset email?

If you requested a password reset but never received an email, it is likely because your account was created using Login via Google (Google Sign-In).

Accounts created through Google Sign-In do not have a separate password — your Google account is your login method. Because no password exists on our side, the password reset system has nothing to reset and will not send an email.

What should I do?

Simply click the "Login via Google" button on the sign-in page and log in with the same Google account you originally used to create your account.
