The settle methods labeled "Cash pick-up" allow you to withdraw VND cash from our cash office partners in Vietnam. Cash pickup is available on weekdays only (Monday–Friday, business hours).

How it works
No account or KYC is required. Here's the step-by-step process:
- Create an order at bitcoinvn.io — select "Cash pick-up" as the settle method and choose your preferred city.
- Send your crypto deposit to the address shown on the order page.
- We call you — once your deposit is confirmed, we will contact you on the phone number you submitted to share the exact cash office address and arrange your visit. Expect a call within approximately 1 hour during business hours (weekdays only).
- Pick up your VND — visit the cash office and collect your money.
What about deposits?
We currently don't accept cash deposits on the exchange outside of Saigon. You may check out our OTC desk if you're looking to convert larger amounts of cash or try our BTMs for smaller amounts.
