BitcoinVN's order form may offer cash deposits and cash settlements:
- A cash deposit means handing over cash to receive the selected asset.
- A cash settlement means sending the selected asset and receiving cash.
Use the live order form at bitcoinvn.io for the available options. Cash methods and locations that are not displayed or are marked unavailable cannot be selected for a new order.
Creating a cash order
- Open the BitcoinVN order form.
- Select an available cash option for the sending or receiving side.
- Enter the amount and the requested contact or destination details.
- Review the displayed quote and create the order.
- Save the order ID and follow the instructions on its order page.
The order page is the source for the order's status, next action, appointment, and location.
Cash deposits
For a cash deposit, the exchange rate can change until the cash handoff. Review the latest values on the order page before proceeding.
When the order page prompts you to schedule the deposit, use its support options to arrange an appointment. Do not travel to a location until the appointment is confirmed and the location is displayed on your order page.
Cash settlements
For a cash settlement, send the required deposit according to the instructions on the order page.
When the order becomes ready for appointment coordination, the order page will show the scheduling instructions. Use those instructions and wait for confirmation before travelling.
Appointments and locations
Cash orders require a confirmed appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted.
A confirmed cash order displays its appointment details. The exact location is provided through the customer's order page when it is ready to be shown.
Do not rely on:
- An address from another order
- An address from an older support article
- A location shared by another customer
- An unconfirmed conversation or proposed time
If an appointment is shown without a location, do not travel until the location appears on the order page.
Live availability
Cash options, locations, fees, limits, schedules, and availability can change. Always use the values and choices shown in the live order form and on your order page.
If the required cash option is unavailable, BitcoinVN cannot create that cash order through the exchange interface.
